About me

Katerina korf

Artist, illustrator, graphic designer.

In my works I like to combine traditional materials — watercolor, ink, oil paints with computer graphics.
As an artist I like to create my personal work. I also like working on commercial projects — creating illustrations for packaging, textiles, and printing.
My favorite material is watercolor. I love it for versatility and for the ability to create unusual textures with it.

Most of all I like to draw flowers, curves of the female body, fleeting impressions.
Literature and classical art, especially traditional Japanese engraving — ukiyo-e —
sources of my inspiration.
I like to look for a clear silhouette, definite color, laconic character.
Momoko-girl — is one of the central characters in my art. The peach girl embodiment of freedom, clarity, beauty. Momoko is a flicker, fluidity, sun rays through the leaves, a perfume train, a holiday that is always with you.
